What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields
- Proven experience in customer retention and growth
- Exceptional professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
