THE ROLE

The Customer Success SME will serve as a primary contact for partners, schools, and government representatives in the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing training, maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and maximizing platform usage. We seek a passionate, motivated individual interested in learning through technology to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Vice President - Global Head of Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.
  • Training and Support: Provide personalized training and support to teachers, facilitators, and principals both onsite and virtually. Organize webinars, conference calls, and create instructional materials to support onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with school users through regular check-ins, value-added services, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention. Communicate effectively to help partners achieve their learning goals.
  • Usage Monitoring and Insights: Track and analyze platform usage data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance utilization.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams, participate in meetings, training sessions, stakeholder engagement, and related activities.
  • Product and Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on all features and developments of the Matific platform to provide optimal customer support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in client or educational services/support.
  • Proven project management skills focused on customer success.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative, solution-oriented approach with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, collaborative spirit, and results-driven attitude with a passion for success.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reporting to other regions.
