THE ROLE
The Customer Success SME will serve as a primary contact for partners, schools, and government representatives in the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing training, maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and maximizing platform usage. We seek a passionate, motivated individual interested in learning through technology to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Vice President - Global Head of Sales.
