Skills & Experience
Must-Haves

2+ years in customer success or account management

Experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram)

Strong understanding of e-commerce business models

Excellent communication skills across Slack, Zoom, and email

Data analysis abilities to track and report client growth

Nice-to-Haves

Background in digital marketing, specifically paid social

Experience working with e-commerce brands

Knowledge of email/SMS marketing for retention

Prior role in a coaching or consulting environment

Familiarity with scaling businesses from 7 to 8 figures
