Onit in the United States is a leader in AI-powered legal operations, redefining enterprise processes for legal spend, contracts, and lifecycle management. We seek a trusted advisor to support customers in State, Local, and Education segments, driving adoption of our platform.

You will guide onboarding, configure workflows, run business reviews, and advocate for product enhancements to continuously improve customer outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer-facing legal ops or vendor management.
• Familiarity with eBilling, matter management and APIs.
