Responsibilities
- Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
- Jointly create success plans with government personnel for effective use of legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and design tailored workflows
- Partner with customers to ensure proper training and drive adoption of legal AI solutions
- Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and develop joint roadmaps for success
Qualifications
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience with legal technology and government customers
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management related to legal technology
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Proactive, personable approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with state and local courts and/or government customers
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve mutual goals
- Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal field
