What to Expect
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
- Create joint success plans with government personnel to maximize value from legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored workflows and use cases that address specific business challenges
- Help customers gain executive sponsorship and define change management strategies for workflow transformation
- Capture value delivered to clients and lead executive business reviews to develop a joint roadmap for success
What is Required
Qualifications
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology, particularly with state and local courts or government customers
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS firms
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a curiosity to stay updated on advancements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to customers and enhance their journey
