What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Engage regularly with government executives to provide strategic guidance and understand their goals
- Collaborate with government personnel to create tailored success plans and workflows for legal AI solutions
- Partner with customers to drive user training and adoption of legal AI solutions
- Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and develop joint success roadmaps
- Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with internal teams to influence product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology or working with legal professionals
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal tech or SaaS
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a willingness to stay updated on advancements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering measurable outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience specifically with state and local courts and/or government customers
- Previous roles in leading legal tech consulting organizations or SaaS firms
