Responsibilities
- Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance
- Create joint success plans with customers to maximize the value of legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with government personnel to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges
- Partner with customers to drive adoption and ensure proper training for users
- Capture value delivered to customers and lead executive business reviews to develop success roadmaps
Qualifications
- Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology or legal professionals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal technology or SaaS firms
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with state and local courts and/or government customers
- Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal sector
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
