Amplified Industries seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and satisfaction of its IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions for onshore oil and gas accounts. You will leverage your technical knowledge to optimize wells and ensure customers realize the full value of Amplified's monitoring and remote well control tools.
You will serve as the trusted advisor and technical point of contact, collaborating with production and operations teams, and traveling to active well sites as
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
- 1–3+ years in petroleum engineering with field experience (e.g., production foreman/production engineer).
- Travel to customer sites as needed and communicate value to production teams.
Responsabilidades
- Drive usage, adoption and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT monitoring solutions across onshore oil & gas accounts.
- Act as trusted advisor and technical point of contact for customers.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize wells and demonstrate full value of Amplified's solutions.
