The Role
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our customers' success from launch through adoption, full rollout, and ongoing growth. You will serve as a coach, project manager, consultant, and product specialist, focusing on customer success.
This role involves working with General Contractors, so previous experience with large General Contractors as a Project Manager or Project Engineer is required.
Commercial construction experience at a general contractor is a requirement for the role!!
Your responsibilities include training and onboarding end users, assisting with pre-sales pilots, collaborating with executive contacts to promote adoption, and ensuring customers realize value and renew with Clearstory.
Internally, you will help develop our department playbooks and guides to support scaling as the company grows, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
