The Customer Success organization ensures every client realizes the full value of their investment. Our Strategic team focuses on deep engagement, account-level influence, and sophisticated business partnership. We seek a CSM who can thrive under high‑pressure environments, possess domain authority, and lead open-ended, tailored discussions across multiple business units.
Base Compensation Range: $80,000—$95,000 USD. Candidates may also be offered a performance‑based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
