What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of EI Cloud solutions
- Develop and execute Strategic Customer Success Plans in collaboration with assigned accounts
- Drive customer engagement through feedback programs and user groups
- Provide updates and root-cause analyses to the executive team regarding customer feedback and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer account management or customer success
- Experience presenting and consulting with C-Suite and VP level executives
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or sales-related activities
- Current active and unrestricted passport for international travel as needed
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time based on business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, and Support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and healthcare imaging/PACS experience
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and managing new products/services
- Background in analytics and providing actionable insights to leadership teams
