Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced in B2B distribution customer service or related operations.
• Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and balance workloads.
• Familiarity with product sourcing, quotes, orders, and supplier POs.
• Experience using an ERP system and MS 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CSRs, assign work, and ensure coverage.
• Coach through customer requests, quotes, orders, and escalations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Improve processes and ensure accurate quotes and orders.
