Qualifications

• Experience influencing product adoption and customer retention is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drives product adoption, expansion, and retention to maintain a healthy customer base.
• Conducts regular account meetings to share best practices, demos, and gather feedback on future releases.
• Guides customers through onboarding and setup, aligning with product capabilities and features.
• Tracks success metrics and informs Product team on features and priorities.
• Act as primary advocate for data platform users, ensuring adoption and roadmap feedback.
• Lead high-performance onboarding, rhythms, and accountability across teams.
• Oversee AI-enabled workflows and governance, driving productivity gains.
• Coordinate program execution across initiatives and track delivery progress.
• Define metrics and reporting to connect platform outcomes to business impact.
