Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage and support clients in the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience, a strong skill set in relationship building, and the ability to communicate technical concepts. They will ensure customers maximize the value of Kpler’s services while driving satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • +4 years customer success management experience preferably in Fintech, Energy, or data provision fields.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers (100+ users and >$3M ARR).
  • Native Korean speaker, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers achieve their goals by understanding their needs and Kpler offering.
  • Coach users on product usage, including APIs and data integration.
  • Align client goals with Kpler’s objectives continuously.

Responsibilities
  • You will help customers achieve their goals, and this is only possible by understanding the users’ needs and by having an outstanding knowledge of the Kpler offering. Everyday is different for a Kplerian CSM!
  • Your missions will include:
  • To always maintain a meaningful level of engagement with clients and be the key point of contact for inquiries from client
  • Coach users to be expertson our terminal, Excel add-in, API and data integration.
  • Help the commercial teamsuncover upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesbased on clients’ needs.
  • Proactively align client’s goals with Kpler’s
  • Help to continuouslyimprove the Kpler Customer Success process(knowledge base articles, internal tools, support FAQs, etc.);
  • Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews and projects are added to Salesforce and are up-to-date; You’ll be in touch with clients every day either by email, phone, video calls and face to face to help them in a myriad of topics (product usage, new features, support, etc) while always taking into account their individual needs.
  • To enable the client to use the solution at its maximum potential, you’ll need to liaise with different teams at Kpler, such as Sales, Product or Engineering.
Skills and Experience
  • +4 years customer success management experience preferably in Fintech, Energy, shipping, or working for a data provider
  • Experience working with large enterprise/strategic customers (100+ users and owned book value >$3M ARR)
  • Outgoing, personable, and client-focused person
  • Has the ability to articulate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences. Whilst experience with programming languages is not mandatory for this role, experience with Python would be beneficial.
  • Someone who is empathic, listens, and understands the customer’s needs through strong relationship building
  • Genuinely care about your clients and take ownership of projects
  • Native speaker of Korean, and fluent in English
