Summary

75% Coaching | 25% Admin | Setter Support in Onboarding Weeks

As a Client Success Manager , your focus will be on increasing client engagement, client retention, and overall member satisfaction. Your expertise in connecting with clients, educating them on our internal programs, events, courses, and resources, and building trust through interpersonal connections will directly impact our client experience and member success. This isn’t customer support—it’s strategic coaching with high-touch communication and real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client onboarding experience with clear coaching around DP Reports, Kajabi portal use, reporting, and growth planning.
  • Lead 1:1 coaching calls to support business owners in implementing Clover’s systems and tracking KPIs.
  • Monitor client performance across retention, sales, revenue, and engagement metrics.
  • Spot risk early—offer clear direction and strategic solutions to help clients get back on track.
  • Provide proactive, tailored guidance using customized growth plans.
  • Host group coaching sessions, trainings, or accountability check-ins via Zoom.
  • Stay organized—no client request or internal task slips through the cracks.
  • Support appointment setting for our coaching team via calls, texts, or emails.
  • Re-engage inactive clients with confidence, clarity, and care.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in coaching, consulting, account management, or teaching—and you’ve learned how to balance empathy with clear guidance to drive real results for others.
  • Show up with warmth , confidence, and clarity on Zoom and phone calls. You know how to create safety while holding space for honest conversations that move the needle.
  • Know how to connect with people from all walks of life. From legacy business owners to first-time managers—and can adapt your communication style without losing your voice.
  • Are energized by results . You track the numbers, follow through on your word, and love seeing people follow through on theirs.
  • Find joy in structure and organization . You don’t just manage a calendar—you own your workflow, follow up without being asked, and keep the backend of coaching as clean as the front-end experience.
  • Thrive in a remote environment that moves quickly and evolves often. You’re resourceful, curious, and comfortable figuring things out on your own—but also generous with collaboration and feedback.

  • Emotional Intelligence: You build instant rapport, read between the lines, and coach clients through both mindset and execution with empathy and clarity.
  • Strong Communication: You lead calls with presence, deliver hard truths with tact, and keep things simple—even when the topic isn’t.
  • Ownership Mentality: You take initiative, manage your workflow without handholding, and treat each client’s success like it’s your own.
  • Results-Driven: You don’t just cheer clients on—you help them set goals, track KPIs, and follow through until they win.
  • Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year + Performance Bonuses
