  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Churnzero
  • Previous experience in a customer success role within the IT sector
