We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager who thrives in early-stage environments, loves selling high-impact products, and wants to grow alongside a team that’s shaping the future of AI and compute markets.

Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, hedge funds, technology firms, and data partners.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and upsell additional data products and subscriptions.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey — from onboarding to expansion — ensuring customers get maximum value from our products.
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to refine GTM strategy and feedback client insights.
  • Represent Silicon Data at industry events, client meetings, and virtual demos.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success — ideally with data, SaaS, AI, or financial products.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building trusted client relationships.
  • Passion for AI, GPUs, chips, and emerging technologies — you’re excited to be part of a new market frontier.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where you’ll help shape the culture and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, natural curiosity, and a genuine love for selling.
