We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our North America Audience team. The role involves ensuring quality market research audiences across various projects and clients, building relationships, and delivering consultative services to meet and exceed client expectations.

You will maximize customer satisfaction and share of wallet by providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, from questionnaire logic to project delivery.
