About The Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our North America Audience team. The role involves ensuring quality market research audiences across various projects and clients, building relationships, and delivering consultative services to meet and exceed client expectations.

This position is suited for individuals who thrive in a startup environment, manage tight timelines, embrace change, and handle multiple tasks. You will maximize customer satisfaction and share of wallet by providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, from questionnaire logic to project delivery.

Note: This role is remote-friendly, ideally within Central or Pacific time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sample work delivery, focusing on gross margin targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Anticipate challenges and suggest preventive solutions.
  • Act as the first point for project issues and troubleshoot.
  • Manage and deliver key sample projects independently.
  • Ensure high-quality client deliverables and quality control.
  • Support pre-sales and onboarding for new clients.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Be the subject matter expert on sampling and audiences.
  • Lead implementation of new sampling methods and internal rollouts.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve delivery.

  • Over 2 years in market research, with experience in sampling and sample management.
  • Strong project management, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Technical and commercial proficiency.

  • Proactive in building client relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data interpretation.
