Why we need you

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll have a mission-critical role in defining and building our Customer Success function from the ground up. You’ll drive the implementation and scale of our state-of-the-art AI capabilities, delivering winning experiences for our merchants and their users.

What you’ll do

  1. Onboard & empower customers : Guide new customers through seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring they feel confident and supported in using our product to its fullest potential. Facilitate technical integrations, acting as the bridge between their needs and our engineering team.
  2. Deliver exceptional client support : Proactively manage relationships with our customers and swiftly troubleshoot issues to foster long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Tailor the product : Collaborate with our ML team to ensure the model incorporates our customer’s brand voice and identity.
  4. Tackle operations challenges ️: Take on various operational tasks with agility, supporting the team wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly.
  5. Learn and grow : Adapt quickly, embrace new challenges, and grow your skillset to match the evolving needs of our company and customers.
