Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote (US-based preferred) | Full-Time

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing AI startup is revolutionizing the video editing landscape by building tools that dramatically accelerate post-production through intelligent automation. Our customers include creative professionals, studios, agencies, and content teams who rely on our platform to save time and unlock new creative possibilities.

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep post-production experience to help onboard, support, and grow relationships with our most important customers. If you’re fluent in editing software and love helping others succeed with technology, this is your chance to be part of a game-changing company at the forefront of AI in media.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding and training through adoption and expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to video editors, post-production teams, and creative leads—helping them integrate AI tools into their workflows.
  • Lead implementation and rollout plans tailored to each customer’s unique editing environment.
  • Deliver hands-on support and best practices for optimizing workflows with our platform.
  • Advocate for customer needs across Product and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor account health and usage, proactively resolving issues and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and support the sales process as needed.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or post-production roles
  • Professional experience with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, video formats, and creative team dynamics
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills—able to guide, teach, and build trust
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong troubleshooting instincts
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in a SaaS or media technology environment
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Frame.io, or remote editing workflows
  • Passion for emerging technology, especially at the intersection of AI and creativity
