Job summary

Amplified Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive usage and satisfaction of its IoT sensing and AI monitoring solutions across onshore oil and gas accounts. You will leverage technical expertise to optimize wells and ensure customers realize value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control offerings.

The role requires a petroleum engineering background with 1–3+ years of field experience, the ability to communicate technical value to production/ops teams, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of petroleum engineering experience, with field roles such as production foreman or production engineer.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate value of Amplified's solutions to production and operations teams.
• Solid knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment and operations, including artificial lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor and primary contact for customers, helping optimize wells and maximize value from monitoring and remote well control solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving usage, adoption, and satisfaction of our advanced IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.

Your role involves leveraging your technical expertise to help customers optimize wells, ensuring they're getting full value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control solutions, and serving as their trusted advisor and technical point of contact.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in petroleum engineering, with field experience as a production foreman, production engineer, etc.
• Strong industry credibility and technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate the value of Amplified's solutions to production and operations teams.
• Strong working knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment and operations, including artificial lift systems.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, including visits to active well sites.

BONUS POINTS

• Prior experience in oilfield operations, production engineering, or automation.
• Experience with SCADA systems, remote well control, pump-off controllers, or predictive maintenance technologies.
