Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives
• Coordinate and lead complex projects within your accounts, managing the entire service portfolio
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and mitigate churn risks
• Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, demonstrating strong financial acumen
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with senior customer leadership

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry
• Extensive experience with SaaS and project methodologies
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within a customer base
• Strong customer service skills and experience with enterprise-level accounts
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills adaptable to various audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the specific industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)
• Project Management (PMP) or related certifications
• ITIL Certifications
