Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and lead complex projects within your accounts, managing the entire service portfolio
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and mitigate churn risks
- Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, demonstrating strong financial acumen
- Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with senior customer leadership
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry
- Extensive experience with SaaS and project methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex projects within a customer base
- Strong customer service skills and experience with enterprise-level accounts
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills adaptable to various audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the specific industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)
- Project Management (PMP) or related certifications
- ITIL Certifications
