Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured one-on-one consultations with individuals evaluating career change
  • Explain how our digital programs and platform support their goals
  • Use provided CRM tools to manage communication, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Deliver professional, timely, and respectful client engagement
  • Participate in optional training sessions to sharpen your effectiveness
  • Support clients throughout their full experience — from first introduction to ongoing touchpoints — using proactive communication strategies
  • Maintain engagement with existing clients by highlighting next-step opportunities, tools, and resources based on their individual progress

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5+ years in customer success, education, consulting, or other client-facing roles
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently using structured tools
  • Comfort with virtual platforms like Zoom and CRM systems
  • A professional, outcomes-driven mindset with a focus on continual improvement and growth
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of a client relationship, from onboarding through follow-up and re-engagement
  • Ability to maintain long-term engagement using proactive communication, tailored support, and insight into client needs
