Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, driving communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and lead large-scale, complex projects, managing the complete portfolio of services and purchases within the customer base
  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities to enhance customer relationships and journeys
  • Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, monitoring potential churn risks and mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams on growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry
  • Extensive experience with SaaS and project methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer base
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within specific industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)
  • Project Management (PMP) or other related certifications
  • ITIL Certifications
