Customer Success Lead
The Customer Success Lead will ensure our customers' success from onboarding through ongoing relationship management. This hands-on, high-impact role combines leadership with a deep understanding of customer needs and operational metrics. You will manage customer success across SMB and enterprise accounts, driving engagement and retention through robust processes and proactive support. Ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment with both strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with SMB and enterprise accounts
  • Knowledge of API integrations, customer onboarding, and platforms like HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging customers and internal teams
  • Deep understanding of retention metrics and data-driven customer success strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
  • Preferably experience in a tech startup

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, including API integrations, dashboard setup, and activation of delivery companies based on needs
  • Collaborate with sales to transition deals in HubSpot and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Use data to identify at-risk customers and implement corrective actions
  • Develop processes to ensure effective customer success and seamless onboarding
