Zusammenfassung

Veeam is seeking a Summer Intern for Customer Success to work with renewing contacts, reach out to expired accounts, and support team inboxes.

You will shadow Customer Success Specialists, learn upsell opportunities, and participate in onboarding and professional development during the 10-week, June–August 2027 program.

This paid internship offers holidays, tech stipend, volunteer hours, and personal development opportunities.

About Our Summer Internship Program

Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast paced, collaborative, and professional environment.

As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experienced designed to support your personal and professional growth.

The program takes place from June - August 2027 (10-week program).

Your Role

In the Customer Success Internship, you'll work with satisfied customers on renewing their contacts. You'll call expired accounts to win them back and manage team inboxes. You'll shadow our Customer Success Specialists here as well, finding out how to upsell and cross-sell whenever there's an opportunity.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Willingnessto learn about technology
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

The pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate's expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$20 - $25 USD
