Job description

We’re a B2B media company serving the global orthopedic industry.We’re looking for a Customer Success & Growth Manager who is maniacal about customer connection and discovery—someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering customer needs and aligning those needs with tailored media solutions.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution and the ability to inspire and mentor others. In this role, you’ll lead revenue-generating efforts across our portfolio, including tradeshow participation (exhibits and sponsorships), digital advertising (video, email, web, white papers), print magazine placements, and our flagship membership product. You’ll help our customers succeed—and grow our business—by pairing insight with action and leading by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate deep, lasting relationships with marketing, business development and executive contacts at orthopedic device companies, suppliers and service providers.
  • Engage customers in meaningful discovery—What are their goals? Where do they face friction? How can our products help?
  • Sell and promote a suite of B2B media offerings, including :

o Tradeshow products (exhibits, sponsorships, promotional opportunities)

o Digital solutions (email and web ads, video programs, white papers)

o Print magazine advertising and editorial tie-ins

o Strategic intelligence memberships and content syndication

  • Match customer needs with the right offerings—honestly and consultatively—while identifying gaps we can improve upon.
  • Champion the value of market intelligence and thought leadership, especially through our membership product.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Lead by example—mentor other account managers and customer service reps to elevate the customer experience and revenue performance.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, forecast results and proactively identify new opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B sales, ideally within a media, events, or publishing company.
  • Proven success selling or managing B2B media products such as trade show booths, sponsorships, ads, white papers and subscriptions.
  • A strong understanding of the value of strategic business intelligence and the ability to communicate it effectively to executive buyers.
  • Experience working with medical device companies, particularly in orthopedics, is a significant plus.
  • You’re a natural connector—curious, confident, and driven by relationships.
  • You ask the right questions, listen with intent and act with urgency.
  • You don’t wait for answers—you go get them.
  • You’re motivated by goals, accountable to outcomes and collaborative in how you get there.
  • You lead with integrity and inspire those around you to do their best work.
