A leading company in blockchain technology is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to enhance developer success using the Cosmos stack. We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive customer and developer success for current and prospective chain builders using the core Cosmos stack (Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, Cosmos EVM, and IBC).
The person in this role will be our main touchpoint to the growing ecosystem of Cosmos chain builders. You will be responsible for understanding our customers deeply (their ambitions, painpoints, blockers, needs, etc.), and driving our product and engineering efforts to be focused on accelerating their success. This is a high-impact role with a lot of space to design, build, and execute on the system to ensure Cosmos chain builders are continuously achieving greater feats.
