Customer Success Associate (Market Research / Insights Focus)
Customer Success Associate (Market Research / Insights Focus)

Seeking an energetic and results oriented individual to support research execution, account support, and platform education for clients who use My-Take’s proprietary smart insight community platform for their research and insights needs.

Online insight communities allow companies/brands to secure immediate and in-depth end consumer (customer) insights for improved decision making, and bottom-line results. Not only does the client receive direct answers to current business questions but they also receive valuable insight from listening to customer feedback on an ongoing basis. In addition, insight communities allow companies to co-create with their consumers (customers).

This position would be situated on My-Take’s customer success team that serves clients who use the My-Take proprietary insight community platform in either a DIY or Hybrid (shared research services) capacity. Typically, these clients conduct their own data analysis/reporting and often draft their own studies.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Research execution/support: support research study execution (e.g., online surveys, online focus groups, etc.) in the My-Take platform and support DIY clients in executing their own studies on the platform. Research execution includes:
  • Activity programming: building, testing and fielding studies, most commonly surveys, through the My-Take platform.
  • Moderation/facilitation: creation and maintenance of a positive and effective community environment that will deliver high ongoing member engagement and interaction.
  • Account support: under guidance of Manager, support client needs including developing and executing research plans/studies that will deliver insight goals and drive value. With strong performance, the Customer Success Associate will be expected to gradually take on more direct client/account management responsibilities.
  • Client education: utilize expert knowledge of the platform to train and troubleshoot the platform.
  • Product improvement: under guidance of Manager, recommend and outline suggested product enhancements/features based on client feedback.
  • Resource development: under guidance of Manager, help create resources (video/text) to continually enhance platform education materials for clients.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of Market Research/Insights experience or recent graduate with relevant intern/co-op experience
  • Interest in market research/insights
  • Results-driven and solution-oriented
  • Eagerness and ability to become an expert on the My-Take platform, and coach clients on how to efficiently use the platform to execute research plans/studies
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written, including persuasive presentation
  • High energy level, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience, knowledge, and/or interest in the process of conducting primary research
  • Passion for brands, product, and strategy
  • Analytic abilities and a natural curiosity
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of technological proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and social media
  • Experience with survey platforms, SPSS, and front-end web development a plus

This role is hybrid preferred. Fully remote work may be considered for exceptional out-of-state candidates.
