Customer Success & Business Development Specialist - GovTech SaaS
Location: Remote (PST hours ±2hrs)

We provide grants and loans management software for U.S. city and county governments, helping jurisdictions manage affordable housing and public services programs funded by HUD programs such as CDBG and HOME. Our mission is to simplify grant administration, improve compliance, and enable communities to better serve their residents.
After 15 years of success the company is undergoing a major modernization project to transform our platform and expand the jurisdictions and funding sources we serve.
The Role
We're seeking a Customer Success & Business Development Specialist who can both support existing clients and help grow our customer base. This dual role combines account management with business growth opportunities, perfect for someone from a B2B SaaS background who excels at building relationships and identifying expansion potential. While government experience is a plus, we value transferable skills that align with our compliance-focused environment.
