A leading background screening company is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to operate remotely. The role involves liaising between large screening accounts and internal departments, analyzing customer data, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience and strong analytical abilities. This position offers competitive hourly wages and additional benefits.

The Customer Success Analyst acts as a liaison to First Advantage's large screening accounts and various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Billing for FA's Retail vertical. The Customer Success Analyst needs to have attention to detail, a sense of urgency, customer empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internally and externally. Responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and overall success.
This role is 100% work from home. Authorized and working from the United States.

The salary range for this position is approximately $21-26.50 USD per hour.
