Join to apply for the Customer Success Agent role at Humana.

This position involves member retention through active engagement with high-risk members. The role requires providing guidance on plan benefits, resolving issues, and working cross-functionally with care teams, sales, and customer service to support members throughout their healthcare journey.

Base pay range

$48,900.00/yr - $66,200.00/yr

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering professional and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Listening actively to identify member needs and suggest plans or resources.
  • Explaining plan benefits and coverage clearly.
  • Uncovering social determinants of health and broader needs.
  • Supporting retention and engagement by guiding members through complex decisions.
  • Providing feedback for testing and outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Valid Health Care Sales License in your state.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights and weekends.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a virtual environment, with multiple computer tools/systems.
  • Medicare customer service or sales experience (virtual preferred).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Call center experience, sales, or member retention roles.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in additional languages and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Additional info:
  • Work hours between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, with possible travel for training.
  • Remote position with internet connectivity requirements.
  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
