This position offers a salary range of $48,900.00/yr - $66,200.00/yr, depending on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Agent is responsible for member retention through active engagement with high-risk members. The role involves providing guidance on plan benefits, resolving issues, and supporting members throughout their healthcare journey, working cross-functionally with care teams, sales, and customer service.

Minimum Requirements
  • Current and valid Health Care Sales License in your state of residence.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a virtual environment and navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Experience in Medicare customer service or sales for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to understand and explain Medicare benefits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Identify member needs and suggest plans or resources.
  • Explain plan benefits and coverage clearly.
  • Uncover social determinants of health and broader needs.
  • Support retention and engagement by guiding members through complex decisions.
Additional Information
  • Work hours may vary between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with training scheduled from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST for the first 6 weeks.
  • Connectivity requirements include a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.
