Responsibilities

• Service clients via online chat and answer inquiries.
• Answer calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Support Sales with quotes/contracts and follow-ups.
• Assist showroom clients in selecting linen options for events.
• Recommend products by analyzing event design needs.
• Take payment information and basic contact details.
• Open customer accounts and maintain records.
• Resolve product or service issues with timely solutions.
• Maintain excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
