Job summary

Nokia is seeking a talented Customer Solution Architect to build and maintain full-stack service labs, integrating cloud platforms and applications per customer gold standards. You will design end-to-end solution setups with strong emphasis on vertical and horizontal integration.

You will also lead testing activities, develop automation pipelines, and create scalable lab environments, ensuring labs remain secure, stable, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of K8s and openstack cloud platforms, networking, and Nokia Core and BA application integration.
• Experience with protocols like SIP, Diameter, and 5G standards.
• Experience with Nokia automation tools, pipelines, and scripting languages.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies.
• Skills in understanding and addressing customer requirements effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Automate lab creation, teardown, and maintenance processes, reducing manual effort.
• Utilize scripts, pipelines, and APIs to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency.
• Lead the development of test scripts for automated testing, improving test coverage and speed.
• Track test progress, resolve issues, and validate results against requirements, delivering comprehensive validation reports.
