Position: Customer Solutions Data Analyst with Qlik/Tableau/MongoDB Experience (CORAS) Location: Remote - Pax River

Role Overview: CORAS is redefining how the Department of Defense makes operational decisions live, contextualized, and mission-aligned. We’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong data architecture skills to help design and deliver advanced solutions on the CORAS platform. This role goes far beyond reporting: you’ll engineer data pipelines, model complex mission spaces, and directly shape how real-time insights drive outcomes for federal and DoD customers.

You’ll collaborate with mission leaders, engineers, and AI/ML teams to design solutions that fuse data, logic, and automation—bridging operational silos and enabling fast, confident decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission objectives and analytical goals—translating them into scalable data solutions on the CORAS platform.
• Design, document, and optimize data architecturesincluding data models, pipelines, and ingestion strategies for structured and unstructured data.
• Buildreal-time dashboards, decision support workflows, and data-driven automationsaligned with customer-specific missions (e.g., Navy operations, readiness, financial reconciliation, etc.).
• Develop and maintaindata pipelines and transformation logic, integrating data from APIs, Mongo DB/SQL/NoSQL sources (especially MongoDB), flat files, and DoD-specific systems.
• Define and enforcedata governance standards—quality, consistency, security, and lineage.
• Lead data validation, profiling, and schema design in collaboration with implementation and engineering teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise in data architecture and visualization during solution design, pre-sales demos, and delivery.
• Help evolve CORAS's model-driven architecture, including how workflows, logic, and AI agents interact with data in real time.
• Partner with AI and product teams to integrate intelligent recommendations, pattern detection, or agentic behaviors into mission workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts or customer stakeholders on best practices in data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and analytic storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in data analysis and/or architecture, ideally within federal or defense programs.
• Demonstrated experiencedesigning data models and building data pipelines, preferably using tools such as MongoDB, Python, dbt, SQL, and Airflow or equivalents.
• Strong expertise inQlik, Tableauand ability to adapt skills to CORAS’s platform and model-based architecture.
• Deep understanding ofETL/ELT processes, data integration patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience with or exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML tools, or intelligent workflow design (e.g., classification, summarization, pattern detection, or automation).
• Curiosity and a learning mindset toward AI-enabled decision support, especially around how LLMs can enhance mission outcomes through copilots, agents, or automated insights.
• Familiarity withDoD data environments, governance standards, and security protocols—Navy-specific experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate technical complexity into mission-relevant insights.
