Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:00am - 3:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

As Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of products through our customer site. This is an entry-level position based at our branch located at 401 W Lincoln Ave, Lititz, PA 17543. After a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, this position may offer a flexible schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Operating computer programs and wireless handheld devices
2. Moving and handling products accurately
3. Auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
5. Complying with health, safety, and sustainability rules and expectations
6. Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety, and sustainability objectives
7. Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
2. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and extra hours as needed
5. Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
6. Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
7. Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following are preferred but not mandatory:

1. Possession of a current valid driver's license issued in the job's country, with the ability to meet driving record requirements for using a company vehicle
2. Prior warehouse experience
3. Prior experience operating a forklift
