Customer Site Warehouse Support

Location: 9733 Ardmore Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46809

Shift: Part-time, MON TUE WED THU FRI, 7:00am - 5:00pm, 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview:

Join Fastenal! We are seeking energetic, team-oriented individuals for our fast-paced warehouse. Committed to environmental protection and safety, we integrate EHS & Sustainability into all operations. As a Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate product movement at our customer site. This entry-level role offers flexible scheduling after onboarding, training, and performance achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Operate computer programs and wireless handheld devices
• Move and handle products accurately
• Audit and prepare outgoing shipments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow health, safety, and sustainability policies
• Participate in health, safety, and sustainability initiatives
• Complete environmental health and safety training

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and in teams
• Willing to work flexible hours/overtime
• Uphold core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Lift and move packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating a forklift
