Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support in Elk River, MN. This entry‑level role supports the customer site by moving products, auditing shipments, and keeping the workspace safe and organized.

Shifts run Mon-Fri 7:00am–5:00pm, up to 28 hours/week, with onboarding and performance goals guiding a potential flexible schedule. You will operate computer programs and handheld devices, work both independently and in a team, and learn health, safety and sustainability procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs (up to 75lbs).
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Working as Part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at 10752 168th Cir NW, Elk River, MN 55330. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift
