Job summary

Fastenal is hiring for a Customer Site Warehouse Support role in Hagerstown, MD. This is a full-time entry-level position at the 1120 Business Center Dr location, offering a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm with onboarding and performance-based potential for a flexible schedule later.

The role involves moving products, operating warehouse tech, auditing shipments, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while upholding Fastenal's core values of teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Working as Full-time Customer Site Warehouse Support, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at 1120 Business Center Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21740. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior experience operating a forklift

COMPENSATION:

The pay range for this position is $31,200 - 41,600.
