Your Role:

As a Customer Services Expert, you will:

  1. Respond to all customer inquiries.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  3. Work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively.
  4. Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Language: B2 English level to connect with global clients.
  • High School Diploma (physical copy required).
  • Availability: 42 hours per week, with two days off.
  • A good listener who enjoys helping others.
