Ewing Outdoor Supply in Gilbert, IL is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate / Delivery Support to join our active operations team. The role blends customer interactions, warehouse tasks, and local deliveries, with hands-on training and growth opportunities at a long-standing family-owned business.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, stock shelves, and assist with orders and routes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; a valid license and safe driving are required.

Qualifications

• Prior Outdoor Supply Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable with physical tasks (lifting 50–70 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Goes the extra mile to engage customers and greet them in-store.
• Provide accurate product pricing, features, and after-sales information.
• Answer questions about products/services and perform price/feature comparisons.
• Cross-sell products and ensure racks are stocked; manage returns.
• Coordinate with team to deliver great customer service during peak times.
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses following routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle in a safe manner.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
