Ideal candidates enjoy active work, outdoors/indoors, and teamwork. No prior industry experience required, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles following safety protocols.
