We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading, order pulling/assembling, and conducting inventory checks. The position requires daily use of forklift equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform various warehouse duties including pulling/assembling customer orders, verifying outbound orders, conducting inventory checks, restocking, labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving and replenishing materials, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Handle receiving duties such as unloading inbound shipments, processing inbound and customer returns, and reporting damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility through sweeping, trash removal, and general maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Required Competencies

• Basic math, organization, customer service skills, fluency in English, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
