This role involves indoors and outdoors work, lifting 50–75 lbs, and providing world-class service to contractors and professionals while receiving comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, answer calls, and build relationships.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: pull, stage, and load orders and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Inventory Management: receive, stock deliveries, assist with cycle counts.
• Delivery & Transportation: load/unload materials and deliver to local job sites with safe driving practices.

This role supports the day-to-day operationsin a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

What we are looking for…

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service

Preferred, but not required…

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift Certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
• SpanishBi-Lingual is always a plus
