Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.
• Warehouse associate experience and/or delivery driver experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials is beneficial.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting landscape materials and irrigation products.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders (stone, soil, mulch, hardscape materials).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard with safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and assist with inventory checks.
• Load/unload materials using company delivery vehicles and deliver to local job sites with customer service.

Requirements

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards

Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks

Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival
