Ewing Outdoor Supply in Phoenix, AZ is seeking dependable team members for an active operations role.

You will support customer service, warehouse operations, inventory, local deliveries, and sales assistance, with world-class training provided to succeed from day one.

Formación

• Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team.
• Deliver world-class customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols; deliver to local job sites with world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

What we are looking for...

Preferred, But Not Required

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
• Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus

Bonus Points for the Following*

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
