Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a courteous team member to assist members, process orders, and maintain a clean, safe front-end area. You will help with packaging, loading orders, and support during checkout while upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

The role requires open availability to meet business needs and a demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures in a busy retail/warehouse setting. Proof of work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and answer questions.
• Attention to safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and assists with loading orders and answering questions.
• Packs orders, checks packaging, and assists with loading into cars.
• Assists with self-checkout and monitors belt area for errors.
• Maintains cleanliness of front-end area and performs setup/closing duties.
• Transports pallets to shelves and supports stock and signage tasks.
• Labeling and organizing products, ensuring proper signage and safety.
