What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to customers regarding installation, troubleshooting, and performance of remanufactured transmissions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common transmission issues over the phone or via email
- Function as the technical expert for both customers and the client care team
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Assist with warranty claims and ensure customers receive timely resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- ASE certification preferred or equivalent experience as a transmission builder
- ASE Master Technician certification highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable entering data into software systems
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
